There’s a couple things we’d like to mention before we list our responsibilities to you.
Regarding harassment
If you’re being harassed by another member, please contact an admin directly about the situation, and provide screenshots and as much evidence as you can. The better we understand, the better we’ll be able to assist you. Please be patient and try to avoid engaging with anyone harassing you in the meantime. We will do our best to handle any problems quickly and fairly.
Trade Fraud
If an issue arises where one party refuses to exchange currency or goods after they’ve received their pay, contact an admin. We will talk to the offending party and either ensure they honor the deal, or refund you any payment made.
If the deal was art in exchange for items or game currency, and one person has transferred payment but never received the art, let us know and we will have the items/currency refunded.
In using the World of Gaia website, there are a few things you need to be aware of.
Website Usage
In order to interact with anything on the website, you must have a valid email account and a deviantArt ot Toyhouse account. We will never misuse your account information, send unsolicited emails, or use your email for any purpose other than for allowing you log in and verify your account.

Data Collection & Security
We do not collect any information about you that does not directly involve your activity on the website or with the ARPGs thereof. None of your information will ever be sold or shared to third parties.
You are ultimately responsible for the information regarding your account, and although we will take measures to ensure security, we cannot guarantee 100% safety.
Please be sure to use a unique, hard-to-guess password for your account to help keep your data secure.
Children
Our website is not directed toward children under 13 and we will not knowingly collect information for any child under the legal age to provide consent (13 in the US and up to 16 in the EU).
