Bob
The Punny Ghost
Bob is a male spirit or specter of forms, no one knows exactly what he is. As being only partially in existence, parts of him shift in and out of the visible spectrum often. If asked, he will answer that he is "Robert, though you can call me Bob." He doesn't speak of his state, or how he died, though if you mention it to him he just jokes about it, throwing puns in and changing things up. No one knows if he's trying to avoid the subject of his death or what; Unfortunately, when people tell him to stop playing around he replies that he's being "Dead serious."
Even though Bob is classified as undead, because of his partial existence Kiji cannot collect him. No one knows quite what he is or where he came from, but he’s not evil at least, just annoying. Because of his deathly presence, his energy draws Kiji thinking he’s a departed soul they could gather, only for them to realize their mistake as they spot him and try to leave before he tries talking with them.

Story
Bob is a wanderer, though he seldom travels too far to quickly. Though he is active both day and night, his presence is stronger at nighttime and he's less visible during the day. Though he will enter villages or towns, he never stays long as, in his words, they "suck the life out of me." There doesn't seem to be any reason to his wandering, some say he's searching for something, or someone, some say he's trying to be famous. Kiji themselves often assume he's just trying to make people laugh at his dumb jokes. However, even though he plays around, he does not take kindly to people who are rude. Even though he will still joke a bit, he does tend to get a little heated when people start to be impolite around him.

Kiji who know of Bob generally try to avoid him as spending time with him is very draining, both mentally and physically. Those who do are unsure if he's sapping energy away from talking with people, or if his words simply make those who listen get tired faster. Besides him being draining, those who have the energy to talk to him usually get some mild entertainment from his antics.
From his appearance, it seems he died fairly young, and from his jokes it seems he must have had a family, however he never speaks of them if he did. Gaia herself has been questioned about Bob's existence, and her only response has ever been a chuckle, simply responding that he is free to explore as he desires. It seems Gaia knows something, but won't share it even with the Kiji... What could this mysterious guy be hiding?
