SNPC-00008: Monarch

Monarch The rebellious Princess      Monarch is the child of Shin'en, summoned by them to help guide new generations to support Yile's desire and their own race. She spent most of her time in the Abyss as a child, before hanging around the Nest, helping Meld. She was admired and respected by many Tallies, enjoying her role.      As she saw many surface treasures and heard stories, she got curious and wanted to venture above the waves, however she was not allowed to do so. Eventually it caused her to get lonely near the Abyss. She looked forward to the stories and items brought down, often found exploring Stark's workshop.

    Monarch was eventually approached by a tally who called himself Riot, who had more wonderous tales of the land above. She looked forward to his tales, until he eventually stopped coming. She was sad he no longer appeared, however while exploring on the outskirts of the Nest she found him, and he offered her an escape to the surface. She accepted, and the two escaped above land. He showed her the wonderous land, those in his company, and what Yile was doing to this beautiful land, and there and then she joined the rebels, sharing her power with them, and never returning to the Abyss she once called home.
