Side note: The ice storm depicted is [i]in[/i] the water - in the arctic, the ocean water does not freeze despite being below freezing temperature, due to the salt. When this supercooled water is disturbed in a certain way, it causes ice to spontaneously form, creating an underwater ice storm (which is both beautiful and potentially dangerous, as it's possible to get trapped in the rapidly-forming ice if you're not careful).
