EXP
EXP is a numerical value that is applied to a character to show how close they are to levelling up. Every time they are included in a submission, they gain EXP, if they gain enough EXP, they level up, and when they level up, their stats increase. There is no cap for levelling, but if your stats max out then you will stop levelling (Though you can still gain EXP).
All characters have the same rate of EXP gain and stat increases when levelling unless they have boosts or skills impacting them, such as Upgrade or Heart of the Core. They cannot lose EXP outside of their level and EXP being reset upon Rebirthing.
Titles for Hitting Caps
When you hit the stat cap you get titles. Maxed Out is a title given to those who've maxed out their total stats and converts every 100 EXP gained into a rare item. Basically Maxed Out is a title given to those who've maxed out all their total stats except Health due to corruption, and converts every 100 EXP gained into three common items.
Level Up charts
Levels themselves are very easy to gain... At first. As you level, you need a bit more experience each time, about 10% more than the last threshold. This means as time goes on, it'll take more and more work to level your spirit... However once you rebirth it, it's level goes back to 1, and it becomes easy to level it again since you start from 1! (Remember that rebirthing drastically increases current stats too, and its level being reset does not hinder anything.)
Whenever you level up, you get 10% of your current stats. See the chart below as reference:

.5 stats are not calculated in rolls (They're rounded down) and is simply there for level increase reminders or boosts that affect the total.
As seen in the charts above, if the spirit is rebirthed, the max total stat cap is raised from 100 to 200. You can learn more about Rebirthing in this guide here.
A good average number of submissions it takes to level is 2-4 for the first couple levels, but will ramp up after that. Remember that you need 100 EXP to get to level 2. You can check your character's current level and EXP by navigating to their profile and clicking either Level Logs or Level Area.
How is PT and EXP calculated?
EXP and PT are calculated depending on the detail and effort you put into your artwork. Colored artwork and artwork with clean lines will get more EXP than sketches. Based on the formulas below, your EXP is calculated, and then applied to your spirit.
You do NOT need to list the calculations in the description of the submission, instead when submitting to a prompt you simply attach the PT Calculation form under the comments box. This does not have to be filled in, though filling it in helps. PLEASE NOTE: Admins will never mark an image as polished. If you think it counts as polished, you have to toggle it yourself!
In addition to PT, you earn special currency during holiday events. These are calculated by dividing your earned PT total by 64. (So 640 PT earnings would award you 10 of the current currency.) Holiday Currency can be used in the holiday shops that appear each season. Since these change out several times a year, you'll have to check the shops page to see what's available at any given time.

How do Group Submissions Work?
If a submission was a collaboration, each member must submit for the prompt themselves. Characters get their full EXP each, but PT is split between submissions. You must also submit one for each character in the piece you own. You can learn more about submissions here.
Clarifying Docks and Polishing
Docks
Docked points are given if you miss a feature (or several) on the spirit. The more important the feature, the harsher the score. This is to encourage people to spend that extra bit of time or effort on something simple for events and activities.
Small docks are given for minor things such as forgetting a small marking or not following the markings correctly. Making fur not reflect the type it has can also be here. These can also be given for forgetting small equipment pieces, such as earrings, that show on the import.
Medium docks are given for larger things, such as forgetting features such as coloring claws or the whiskers or any charms. Drawing a spirit floating or flying when it does not have wings or Wingless Flight also counts as a medium dock, as well as including fur on the main body when there is none. (Remember that by default, Kijis and Tallies have no fur!) Forgetting larger pieces of equipment, such as hats or cloaks or arm bracers, can also result in a medium dock, if the gear in question shows on the import.
Big docks are given when the artist forgets to do a big part of the spirit, whether that's forgetting the horns, wings, or even energy, to colors being dramatically off or the design being completely inaccurate.
Please keep in mind Docked points ARE NOT given in the case of sketches, where the guidelines and such are still showing, or for most general art, art that is not meant for events or activities, unless the item in question being docked is blatantly obvious.
Common things that get docked is the energy on Kiji, drawing a Kiji with fur on their body or floating/flying when they don't/cant, and forgetting to include required equipment. If your image or literature is docked the reason for the dock will be listed in the comments. If it is not, you can reach out to an admin for an explanation.
Polishing
Marking a work as polished is SOLELY up to the player. Admins will never mark a work as polished for you, meaning if you think it counts as polished you have to toggle it yourself when applying the calculation. Additionally, admins will never toggle it off either, unless the image appears very obviously less work than others in your gallery not marked as polished.
Polishing is meant to be used for when you believe the image or literature you have completed has had more effort than usual put into it. Whether this is trying a different art style, adding more detail, branching out of your comfort zone, or just the complexity of the image, the reason is completely up to you and what you consider to count and does not have to be specified.
Currencies
There are many different currencies in the group, and each are used for their own things. There is no cap for any currency except Reputation, which isn't technically a currency as it's used to track not to purchase.
Player Tokens
Player Tokens (PT) is the regular currency for the group, and is rewarded for almost all submissions. It can be used to purchase many things, to trade with the group, to spend on activities such as enchanting, and is rewarded for selling items.
Credits
Credits are a premium currency used to purchase premium items from the Credits Shop. You can also use them to trade with other players for art or items, or use them to buy PT at a rate of 1:200 PT. Additionally, we pay our admins in credits.
Normally, Credits must be purchased directly by contacting Wolvenhyde and saying you want to exchange real-world money (typically only USD), for on-site Credits. Another way to get them include donating to the site through PayPal, and then submitting an admin request saying you donated and you'd like to be reimbursed with Credits. If you donate and do not submit a request, you won't get credits, since we have no way of knowing who donated. The other ways you could gain Credits are by contributing work to the site, working as an admin, or through regular gameplay via the Credits Gacha or opening Bags of Coins.
How Much do Credits Cost?
Credits are equated with USD 1:1. If you wish to trade other currency, such as CAD, GBP, EUR, or others, that's fine, but whatever it converts to as USD is what you will have returned to you as Credits. However, Wolvenhyde will look at what you spent, and give you the full amount in Credits, regardless of whatever fees PayPal takes out. So for example if you spend $35, and PayPal takes out a fee of $5, you will still get 35 Credits.
Other Currencies
Dungeon Gold can be earned by participating in Dungeons. Please see the guide about dungeons to learn more!
Gummies can only be earned by claiming and opening Daily Gifts, and are used solely in crafting Slime Expeditions. You get one gummy from every daily gift you open, and one gummy is used per Slime Expedition. Please see the guide about slimes to learn more.

Painted Eggs can be earned by submitting artwork or literature during spring when the Springtime Splendor event is happening. You can also trade leaflets and other items for them in Krawft's crafting.

Tracking Currencies
Summon Tokens and Rebirth Tokens are solely for keeping track of the number of times the character has summoned and rebirthed, as well as when, by admins, and are not useable currencies.
Faction Reputation tracks the current standing with a faction, and can restrict the character's participation in certain quests or lore prompts. There is a maximum of 100 reputation for each faction. You can learn more about Factions and Reputation here.
