Obtained: Vault's Haven, Loot Bags and Chests
Effect: Turns one Dominant or Recessive trait to Occult.
Can only use a max of 5 White Outs per character. Tracked in the Inventory. If the affected trait is changed during Rebirth or Trait Edited off the White Out slot is freed up.
