Slot Permissions for a Custom D-Tier Character.
The following is permitted:
-Common or Uncommon base color
-Rare base modifiers allowed
-All regular traits must be Common or Uncommon, but allowing for 1 Rare
-Up to 15 markings, no higher than Common or Uncommon, but allowing for 1 Rare
-Allows for all Uncommon mutations, and 2 Rare mutations
-Up to 1 Common boost, and a second boost of any rarity
-The Recessive or Dominant aspect of each gene is randomized, but you are allowed to choose occults.
-The base stats are randomized
-You may not choose any seasonal traits or markings unless the game is currently in the respective season.
