Effect: Allows you to edit the lines for any single regular trait or mutation and have it added to the User Resources to be used without requiring future glam kits.
The edits must be approved by the owner, Wolvenhyde.
If in a spirit's inventory it's being used to track a trait that has been edited. If the affected trait is changed during Rebirth, Trait Edited off, or restored to the base version, the item is removed.
