The following is permitted:
-Common or Uncommon base color
-No base modifiers
-All regular traits must be Common or Uncommon
-Up to 15 markings, no higher than Common or Uncommon
-Up to 1 Uncommon mutation
-No boosts
-The Recessive or Dominant aspect of each gene is randomized
-The base stats are randomized
-You may not choose any seasonal traits or markings unless the game is currently in the respective season.
