Flicker

Rarity: Uncommon
Category: Markings

Info:  Flicker is an uncommon marking effect, that creates small-to-medium break effects around the points of the body that give it small uniqueness, allowing markings to have a break or tear in them. It functionally alters the original marking's allowed range, and can do so a fair deal. Depending on the marking, Flicker can decently increase or decrease the minimum and maximum ranges, or bump it away from the minimum required range.
