If the Tally has Mimic Energy: The energy marking is allowed to be on the entire tally, including the mane, tail, ears, horns, etc. This doesn't have to show!
Otherwise: The energy is allowed to be on the mane, horns, hooves, inner ears, and cheeks, but doesn't have to!
