Attaches bulbous strants to any fins or protrusions off the body.
Custom Trait Information: Bulbs do not have to glow and can be bone, base, or energy color. Strands can be thicker or thinner. One bulb per strand only. Strands must come pff the tips of features, not the base of a flat side. Must have at least 4 strands on each side or 4 along the middle.
