Swaps the hue and value of a marking to the opposite or near opposite color. Can only effect 1-2 markings and cannot effect sheens or the base. Hue swaps are Red <-> Teal, Orange <-> Blue, Yellow <- Purple, Green <-> Magenta, while value is for lightness is light <-> dark. Saturation isn't impacted.
