Custom Trait Information: Cannot be flacid, must be flowey and seperated out. Must be a longer length.

Custom Trait Information: Snake eyes must be same color as the Tally's eyes. Snakes can be any snake type, or even a variety. Snakes can have actual snake patterning/markings. Snakes must come off the back of the neck.
