Info:  Swaps the hue and value of a marking to its opposite or near opposite. Can only affect 1-2 markings. Cannot affect sheens. Cannot affect base. Hue swaps are Red <-> Teal, Blue <-> Orange, Purple <-> Yellow, and Green <-> Magenta. While value swaps are for lightness, just do dark to light. Saturation isn't impacted.
